Sales of items already in hand via our web store. These have no fees and the prices are as marked in the shop. Discounts can be made for orders of multiple items.

If you are looking for something specific or just want things of a specific character but aren't sure what's available. Request services have a 15% fee for USD payments. Payments are also available in Japanese Yen with a 20% fee (due to higher fees from JP Paypal).
Flow of Request Services
Send and image of what you are looking for along with the series and character name. For specific items please include as much information as possible such as if it was a special collaboration item, when it was released, etc. For general character requests please include what kind of goods you are interested in such as keychains, buttons, acrylic stand, plush, towels, etc. If you have a price limit please also include that.
We will check various locations and see what can be found for your request. For specific items we will just send you the cost for the cheapest we can find generally. For non-specific items we will send you images of some things that are available for that character. Please note that these will be things that are available at the time of sending, but it does not mean they will remain available for any certain period of time.
For non-specific requests you reply with which items you are interested in and we will give the prices for those particular items. (If there are only a few listings for a character we will give prices with the first pictures but generally there's too many to make this worthwhile).
After you make your choice on what you would like to buy a fee of 15/20% of the item total is added on and a shipping cost given when possible. (Sometimes only an estimate is possible, please refer to the * note below).

Once everything is in hand it will be packaged together and shipped if the shipping cost has been paid or in the case of a shipping estimate (see * note below) it will be sent after the difference is paid. Item will be sent as soon as possible, usually within 2-5 days barring national holidays and other complications.

Send link to the item you want to buy.
We send a cost estimate. This will be the cost of receiving the item domestically plus 15% an possibly the cost of various shipping options to you*.
Payment
We will order the item.
Once the item arrives it will be weighed and the shipping cost checked.
Items are forwarded in the same box it arrived in most of the time. Repacking and consolidation is also possible. Please feel free to ask about the details.

*Some items it's possible to know the cost of shipping beforehand because they list the size and weight, or they are small enough to be estimated accurately. For other items it's not possible to estimate the cost accurately before the item is received and weighed. In instances with large or difficult to estimate items there will be a minimum added shipping fee of $10 and anything over that will be paid by the buyer after the item is received and weighed.
This is for items from special cafes or in store only events. Pick-up requests have a base cost of transportation and admission fees if applicable.

If the pick up is possible and you accept the base costs then you let us know which items you are interested in from the event
Payment of 50% of item costs plus base costs.
After the pick-up, if all items were acquired the other 50% and shipping costs are paid. If not all items were able to be picked-up then the difference is calculated and extra payment or partial refund is done. Base costs are non-refundable. (See Refund Policy for more information).

Prize lotteries with unknown prizes. Kujia are usually done live but there can be some exceptions. A kuji ticket is a set cost with no knowledge of which prize will be won.
Flow of Kuji purchase
Let us know which kuji you are interested in and we will see if it's available nearby. Some kujis sell out very quickly or may be partially sold out already.
If a kuji is available nearby we will send an image of the claimed prizes so you have an idea of what is still available.
We either choose a time to do the kuji live, or you choose a set amount of tickets you would like to purchase.
For most kuji it's not possible to estimate shipping ahead of the drawing because of the vast difference in prize sizes. There are a few kuji where it is possible but for the most part shipping is paid after for kujis.

Pick-ups are available for snacks, bento supplies, stickers and many other items. In general this is similar to the flow for the Request Services section. Please be as specific as possible when requesting to know what is available. Examples of generally good requests would be "Are there any interesting flavors of chips/kit kats/etc out right now?" "What flavors of gummy candy do they have?" "I'm interested in a bento box with rabbits on it, used is fine and my price limit is $7" "I'd like some cute stickers, I don't really care what kind I would just like $10 worth of stickers that are cutesy".
Shipping is based on weight and starts at $8 untracked $12 tracked for airmail anywhere in the world (barring countries with no current shipping options). We do recommend tracked shipping as we are not responsible for packages that are lost in the post, but it is entirely up to the buyer. There are some countries that require tracked shipping because of past issues. There is also the faster 2-3 day EMS option available upon request. If you have any questions about shipping or if you are unsure if your country is one that requires tracking, please feel free to ask.
Due to the nature of purchases we are unable to offer refunds most of the time. Pre-orders cannot be cancelled and second hand goods cannot be returned which means we cannot allow refunds for changing your mind after purchase.
There are a few situations in which a refund is possible, most specifically an item selling out from a pick-up pre-order. Unfortunately, due to Paypal's new policy of charging sellers for giving refunds (Effective May 2019) we are unable to offer full refunds of goods & service payments. At best we can offer a 95% refund. As event pick-ups are the most likely to have this issue we require a partial payment up front with the rest paid afterward to hopefully mitigate any issues this may cause. Base costs of pick-ups are non refundable.
